Plan for week 14

!Welcome to the week after Easter!
Hope everyone has had a great easter and are ready for more running!
On Wednesday (19:00) and Friday (16:30) we meet at Gløshaugen training center.

Wednesday 19:00:
We will meet up at the gym at Gløshaugen. Then we will do a warmup jog towards Øya/Spektrum before we do intervals.
Distances of the intervals will depend on snow conditions. But preferably something between 400 and 1000m.

Friday 16:30:
Meetup at Gløshaugen training center for warmup before hill intervals. We will run up Høgskoleveien towards Hovedbygningen (NTNU). We will do approximately 2(3)x4-5 repeats.
