Plan for week 21

As with last week, we will do half an hour of strength training after the Monday practice. Wednesday will be normal. On Friday, we will do around 1 hour of running instead of hill intervals. Meetup at SiT for all practices :)

Monday 19:00: One hour running, then strength training.

  • ~8 km with Adéla
  • ~11 km with Magnus

Wednesday 19:00: Intervals at Øya

  • 4×4 min with Tor
  • 10-15x200m with Magnus

Friday 16:30: One hour easy running
