Plan for week 6

On Monday (19:00) and Friday (16:30) we meet at the Gløshaugen training center. On Wednesday we meet 19:00 in Ranheimshallen. All our practices are open for everyone with an NTNUI membership, and at all levels of fitness! :)

Monday 19:00:
Easy pace run for an hour. We split into three groups:

  • 6 km
  • 8 km (trainer: Erlend)
  • 11 km (trainer: Martin)

Wednesday 19:00:
Bring indoor running shoes to Ranheimshallen. 10 minutes of technique before we start the intervals:

  • Long distance: 6-8 x 1400m / 2 min break (trainer: Martin)
  • Middle distance: 6-8 x 800m / 2 min break (trainer: Magnus)
  • Sprint: 60m and/or 150m (trainer: Erik)

Friday 16:30:
Meetup at Gløshaugen training center for warmup before hill intervals:

  • Long distance: Lillegårdsbakken (2x5x~600m)
  • Short distance: Lillegårdsbakken (2x5x~150m)
