Information for new students

Because you are reading this, you are probably interested in joining our group. Great! First, welcome to Trondheim (if you are new here), I hope to see you at practice! We will have a stand at the immatriculation at Gløshaugen tomorrow, so take a look if you have any questions, or just want to chat! We will be there from around 10 am to 11:45 am.

Workouts:

Next week will be our first week of workouts, with the following plan:

  • Monday 19:00: One hour running (~6, 9 or 11 km), then core strength
  • Wednesday 19:00: Intervals at Øya (long, medium, short distance)
  • Friday 16:30: Hill intervals

This is our ordinary schedule. Meetup for all workout will be at SiT Gløshaugen (by the Høgskoleringen bus stop). When it turns to winter, we will do some workout inside in Ranheimshallen.

Welcome week:

During week 35, we will have a “Welcome week”, with lots of activities. Check out the Facebook event here.
